淀粉半干法复合改性生产墙胶粉的研究 被引量:5

摘要 淀粉用浓度为27%的双氧水及适量的NaOH升温到60~65℃,干法氧化1.5h,再加氯乙酸和NaOH,反应温度75~80℃,半干法醚化1h,得到取代度为0.15的可流动半固体,经单滚筒预糊化(蒸汽压力0.4~0.5MPa,工作温度135~140℃,滚筒转速5r/min)干燥,得到优质建筑腻子墙面胶粉,其中马铃薯淀粉生产产品质量最佳,其次为玉米淀粉生产的墙面胶。 After oxidizing starch dry for 1.5 hours under the conditions of H2O2 of 27%'s concentration, appropriate NaOH and the temperature between 60℃ to 65℃, and then aetherizing it for 1 hour under the conditions of chloroactic acid and NaOH and the temperature between 75℃ to 80℃, we obtained liquid semisolid. High quality wall-glue powder was obtained after pre-dextrinization drying it using single-drum. The best wall glue was made from potato starch, next from corn.
