摘要
针对锌镍电池容量下降快、循环寿命短等问题,进行了较为全面的研究和试验。探索了作为负极主要活性物质之一锌酸钙的几种不同制造工艺;并对不同工艺制造出的锌酸钙、锌酸钙不同的添加量对锌镍电池寿命的影响进行了循环伏安曲线测试和参数选择试验;同时还开展了几种不同隔膜对锌镍电池性能影响的对比试验;测试了试验电池的温度特性、功率特性、寿命等性能。并在此基础上,优选出锌酸钙的制备工艺、添加量、合适的隔膜以及适用于锌镍电池的镍电极材料、工艺,设计、开发出了比能量为80Wh/kg、循环寿命大于300周期的锌镍电池组。
Focus on the capacity damply and short circle life, Ni-Zn battery performance was studied by comprehensive experiments. Several preparation methods of calcium zincate, which was employed as the anode active materials were adopted. The different calcium zincate and content in electrode acted on cycle life were analyzed by CV and battery experiments. The examination about separator worked on battery capability was also carried out. The battery performances of temperature, power and life were tested. Based on above studies, the best electrode material, ratio of active compound, separator and Ni material of cathode were determined. The energy density of final batteries was up to 80 Wh/kg and more than 300 cycles was gained.
