基于资源基础理论的IT外包战略决策研究 被引量：1

A Framework for IT Outsourcing Decision Based on Resource-based Theory

摘要 基于资源基础理论的核心观点,从资源的六种属性深入分析了企业获得竞争优势的"事前限制"和"事后限制"的IT资源和IT能力,并由此构建了企业IT外包战略决策分析框架,认为外包是企业获得补偿性IT资源的一种战略途径,企业的IT缺口和IT应用的战略地位是企业IT外包战略决策的关键因素,正确评估企业的核心IT资源和IT能力是企业IT外包的战略决策逻辑起点。
