This paper in detail elaborates the construction idea of library informatization based on the WEB2.0 technology, points out the four kinds of application forms of WEB2.0 in the library information system and also proposer the system plan of the WEB2.0 information platform construction for the whole people from three aspects as the resources, the technology and the services. This paper has certain instructive role for the construction of information service system shared by the whole people. 5 refs.
