摘要
复合载体夯扩桩是一种新桩型,它由上部的混凝土桩体和下部用于加固软土层的复合载体两部分组成。通过苏州安维科技办公楼复合载体夯扩桩的工程实例,介绍了该桩的承载特点、质量控制手段及检测效果。实践证明,复合载体夯扩桩可大幅度提高桩基承载能力,具有明显的经济效益和广泛的应用前景。
Rammed enlarged composite beating pile is a new type of piles. It is composed of upper concrete pile and lower composite bearing which is used to strengthen the soft soil. The bearing property, quality control methods and test result of the rammed enlarged composite beating piles used in Suzhou ALWAYZ Technology Co., Ltd. office building are introduced. The fact proves that the piles can enhance the beating capacity and posses obviously economic performance and prospects.
