摘要
锅炉汽包水位是现代电厂锅炉安全运行的重要监控参数。依据质量和能量平衡建立了汽包水位非稳态数学模型,通过VC编程计算对炉内燃料量扰动造成的动态特性进行了分析,并提出了水位控制的方法,对汽包锅炉的安全运行和控制具有参考意义。
The drum level is an important monitor parameter on the safe operation of stream boiler in present. The mathematical modeling based on mass and energy balance was built when the drum level under unsteady state in this paper. Calculated by VC code, the dynamic characteristic caused by turbulence of combustion quality was analyzed, and the method of level control was proposed. The conclusion has reference value for the safe operation and controlling of steam boiler.
