摘要 负荷中心大电源的投入和系统互联都会大大增加系统的短路电流。如果短路电流超标,则相应设备必须更换,这既需要昂贵的费用也需要较长的工期。故障电流限制器提供了另外一种解决方案。文章首先综述应用于中高压领域的故障电流限制技术;然后介绍成熟的和正在研究的比较有代表性的故障电流限制器,并重点突出基于晶闸管保护型串补的短路电流限制器;最后介绍华东500kV电网故障电流限制器示范工程,给出该工程采用的主电路和过电压保护措施,并展望故障电流限制器的发展方向。 Configuring large power supply in high load density networks and interconnections between power grids will cause enormous short-circuit current. If the short-circuit current rating of the equipment in the system is exceeded, the equipment must be replaced, which is a very cost- and/or time-intensive procedure. A fault current limiter offers an alternative in such case. First, this paper attempts to give an overview of fault current limiting measures for medium and high voltage applications. Then several representative fault current limiters including developing and developed measures are examined with an emphasis upon the thyristor protected series capacitor (TPSC) based short-circuit current limiter (SCCL). Finally, the demonstration project of the fault current limiter in East China 500kV power grid is introduced. The main circuit diagram and the over-voltage protection control used are also presented. Besides, the development trend of fault current limiter is outlined.
