新型环糊精-酞菁功能纤维的制备与性能研究

摘要 采用DCC缩合技术合成了通过乙二胺连接的环糊精-酞菁,通过FT-IR、UV-vis、1H NMR进行了表征;并进一步制备了负载环糊精-酞菁的纤维素功能纤维,初步考察了包合性能和催化性能。结果表明,该功能纤维仍保留有环糊精、酞菁的原有分子结构,具有包合性能和催化性能。在氧化剂H2O2存在的条件下,可对PNP进行催化氧化作用,为制备水处理用功能纤维提供了可能。 A new method was proposed to obtain the stable aqueous solutions of eyclodextrin-phthaloeyanine conjugate using the covalent linkage, which was synthesized with ethylenediarnine modified eyelodextrin derivatives and the earboxyl group cobalt phthaloeyanine derivatives in the presenee of dieyelhexyleartodimide and eonfirmed by FT-IR, ^1H NMR, UV-vis and AAS speetroseopy. Then the conjugate was grafted onto the cellulose fiber by epiehlorohydrin in an alkaline solution, the indusion ability of grafted fiber was investigated by UV-vis with phenolphthalein as a guest and the catalytic oxidation was tested using p-nitrophenol as example. The results showed that the grafted fiber kept the original characterization of eydodextrin and phthaloeyanine and could inelude and eatalytie p-nitrophenol, which suggested that it was possible to design and synthesize the novel functional materials for water treatment.
