“五步起床法”在腹部恶性肿瘤病人术后初次离床活动中的应用观察

Observation on application of "Five-step method to get up" for postoperative patients with abdomen malignant tumor on the first time of off-bed activity

[目的]探讨"五步起床法"对腹部恶性肿瘤病人术后初次离床活动的影响。[方法]将386例腹部恶性肿瘤病人随机分为两组,研究组采用"五步起床法"预见性护理活动干预,对照组采用常规护理指导。观察两组病人初次离床活动晕厥、切口疼痛、引流管脱落发生率、肠蠕动恢复情况及病人满意度。[结果]研究组较对照组离床活动晕厥、切口疼痛、引流管脱落发生率明显减少(P<0.05),肠蠕动恢复时间明显提前(P<0.01),病人满意度明显提高(P<0.01)。[结论]"五步起床法"预见性护理活动干预可明显降低腹部恶性肿瘤病人术后初次离床活动不良现象的发生,有利于术后机体功能恢复。

Objective： To probe into influence of ＂Five- step method to get up＂ for postoperative patients with abdomen malignant tumor on the first time of off bed activity. Methods： A total of 386 abdomen malignant tumor patients were divided into test and control group randomly （193 cases each）. Patients of test group adopted ＂Five- step method to get up＂ and they were given predictive care activities intervention. Patients of control group were just given conventional nursing instruction. Faint of patients the first time off--bed activity,incision pain,the incidence rate of drainage tube fall - off, recovery state of enterokinesia and satisfaction degrees of all two group patients were observed. Results ： Compared with control group, the off - bed activity faint, incision pain, the incidence rate of drainage tube fall - off of test group patients were markedly decreased （P〈0.05）. The recovery time of enterokinesia of test group eases was remarkably ahead of schedule （P〈0. 01）. And patients＇ satisfaction degree was enhanced obviously （P〈0.01）. Conelusion：＂Five -step method to get up＂ and predictive care activities intervention can remarkably decrease poor events for postoperative patients with abdomen malignant tumor the first time off-bed activity. It can help body function recovery of patients after operation.
