摘要 随着克隆技术的发展,哺乳动物体细胞克隆在生物学、医学等领域有着越来越重要的价值,近年来,克隆技术不断完善,克隆方法不断优化,取得了很多重要的成果,但在成功率等方面仍存在许多难以攻破的问题。作者重点阐述了胞质内全细胞直接注射法这一技术在哺乳动物体细胞克隆上的应用情况,旨在阐明国内外哺乳动物体细胞克隆的研究现状,为进一步提高克隆成功率提供参考。 With the development of cloning technique, mammary somatic cell cloning played an increasing role in biology, medicine. In recent years, the improvement of cloning technique and optimization of methods resulted in brilliant achievements in animal cloning. However,there were still some tough problems to be conquered e. g. the low total success rate of somatic cloning. The article mainly reviewed the application of intracytoplasmic direct injection in mammary somatic cloning to elucidate the current situation of mammary somatic cloning both in China and abroad for the purpose of supply some valuable information to improve the successful rate of cloning.
