兆瓦级直驱型风力风电变流系统的设计 被引量:5

摘要 在综合比较当前适合直驱型风力发电机组的各种变流电路的基础上,提出了一种兆瓦级直驱型风力发电变流系统的设计结构,即采用不控整流+升压斩波+SPWM逆变的变流器将电机发出的电能转换为可接人电网的恒频恒压的交流电;详细介绍了直驱型风力风电系统的组成结构及其变流系统的控制原理,给出了一种在考虑现有开关器件功率水平的情况下符合大功率直驱并网型风力发电机组要求的变流电路拓扑结构,并给出了相应的主要部分的具体应用电路。 Comparing comprehensively the present various current converting circuits, it is proposed an design structure of direct--driven wind power generation current converting systems in megawatt level. This structure applies non--controlled rectifier, boost chopper and SPWM inverter chopper to convert the electric energy dynamited by electrical machine into alternating current which can be accessed to the con-- stant frequency and voltage of electricity grid. This paper elaborates on the composition structure of the direct-- driven wind power generation current converting systems and the controlling principles of its converting system. Considering the power level of the current switch devices, it gives the topology of current converting circuit which is suitable for the direct--driven networking wind power generating set in high power. The specific application circuits of the corresponding main part are given.
