摘要
对电除尘器自动监控系统的体系结构进行了分析,提出设备层、监控层两层网络,监控软件采用客户端/服务器模式的设计思路;首次提出了基于烟气浓度、流速、温度物理量进行智能闭环控制的设计理念,实现了电除尘器运行性能优化;为降低电除尘器运行维护难度,提出了由知识库、数据库及推理机制组成的故障诊断模型并实现了电除尘器的故障在线辅助诊断功能;50多套工业现场应用结果表明实现的系统运行稳定可靠,性能良好。
This paper analyses the structure of ESP automatic monitoring and control system which use two level network and client-- server software architecture model. Closed--loop control method based on three physical quantity of gas concentration, flow velocity and temperature is brought forward to optimize performance of ESP. In order to facilitate the maintenance of ESP, a fault diagnosis model consisted of knowledge base, data base and inference engine is deisnged, ESP assisted diagnosis function is realized using this model. More than fifty system have run on site and site operation proves its stability, reliability and better performance.
