论我国金融市场准入监管的功能实现路径

On China finance market admittance supervision's function realization route

经济全球化对我国金融业既是机遇又是挑战,我国必须以科学合理的理念和手段进行应对,尤其是金融市场准入,作为金融业的首要环节,更应该采取切合实际的制度,积极融入经济全球化的大潮,针对金融市场的准入监管,可具体从理念重构和制度设计两个方面展开,以此保障其功能的实现。

The globalization of economy for financial industry is both an opportunity and a challenge in our country, we must take a sci entific and rational ideas and means to deal with it, especially on the financial market access. As the first link in financial sector, we should take a more realistic system, and integrate into the the tide of globalization actively. On supervision for financial market access we can start from two aspects-one is the reconstruction of ideas,the other is the design of system,in this way we can guarantee the realization of its functions.
