中国外汇储备过多的利弊分析

外汇储备对于平衡国际收支、干预外汇市场,维护本国汇率稳定有着重要的影响,同时外汇储备还是举债和偿还外债的保证。截止2008年3月底,中国的外汇储备超过1.6万亿美元,面对如此巨额的外汇储备数字,中国如何合理有效地利用之将是一件很值得研究的问题。本文用几种外汇管理理论分析判断得出中国是外汇储备已经过多,文章同时分析了外汇储备过量对中国经济产生的利弊影响。

Foreign exchange reserve plays very impor tant roles on the international balance of payment,or the intervention foreign exchange market. It can main rain the stabilization of one country＇s exchange rate, and also can offer guarantee with the payment of for- eign loans. By the end of March 2008, China＇s foreign exchange reserves have more than 1.6 trillion in U.S. dollars. How reasonably and effectivly manage and use of it will be very worthy of study. In this paper, author Uses several foreign exchange reserve control theories and find that China＇s foreign exchange reserveS have been excessive. This article simultaneously analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the excessive foreign exchange reserve to Chinese economy.
