With the constant development of the wealthy rank, private bank business has shown a great market potential. Consequently, a serious competition breaks out between native banks and abroad banks. Our country＇s commercial banks face a lot of restrictive factors in developing private bank business. There-fore, in order to develop the private bank business, the commercial banks in our country should take actually measures as follows： market segmentation, product R＆D and innovation, brand building, frame structure,professional training, building-up exterior circumstance and etc.
