摘要
面对日益激烈的竞争环境和走向国际化的发展目标,民营科技企业在产权制度作出了各种创新性的尝试。本文在分析民营科技企业产权变迁原因的基础上,针对相应的制约制度变迁因素提出了较为具体的产权制度变迁实施途径。
With the increasingly intense competition environment and the development goals to internationalization, non-governmental science and technology enterprises have made various initiative attempts. Based on the analysis of the reasons of non-governmental science and technology enterprise＇s property rights institutional vicissitude, the paper puts forward detailed implemental means on property rights institutional vicissitude according to the factors affecting institutional vicissitude.
