农村人力资本投资与发展生产力以及解决“三农”问题的基本途径

改革开放以来,中国的经济发生了巨大的变化,经济增长迅速,人民生活水平大幅度提高,但是"三农"问题没能得到根本的改变,大大影响了我国经济的继续发展。"三农"问题从根本上说就是农民问题即农民的收入水平增长缓慢,导致农民增收难主要是因为我国农村生产力水平低下。提高农村生产力的水平的关键是强化对农村人力资本的投资。当前,我国在农村的人力资本投资有许多的不足,必须强化对农村人力资本的投资,从根本上解决农民增收问题,从而解决"三农"问题。只有这样,我国才能实现共同富裕,才能真正成为经济强国。

As reforming and opening up, China＇s economy has changed greatly, economic growth quickly, the people living standard increases by a big margin, but, ＂three agriculture ＂problems haw not been changed basic,thus affecting the continuation development of our country economy greatly. Fundamentally speaking, ＂Three agriculture problems is the peasant problem whose income levels grow slow. The reason that leading to the peasant income increases difficultly is our low productive forces level in country rural area. So. the key to improve the level in country rural area is to strengthen the investment on Rural Human Capital. Currently, our country investment on Rural Human Capital have a lot of deficiency, we must strengthen the investment on Rural Human Capital to resolve the peasant income increased fundamentally, thus resolving ＂three agricultures＂ problems. Only in this way, our country may achieve prosperity in common and become the country of Economic power really.
