从汶川地震看我国非营利组织的现状及对策建议

On China non-profit organization's situation and countermeasure suggestion from Wenchuan earthquake

汶川大地震发生以来,各类非营利组织在其中发挥了重要作用,然而也暴露了许多问题,主要是财务监督不健全、非营利组织之间协调性差、相关法规不健全、非营利组织自身管理不科学等。笔者认为政府要从加强财务监督、健全有关法规、理顺政府与非营利组织关系、非营利组织加强自身管理等改善我国非营利组织的现状,实现非营利组织的目标。

Since Wunchuan Earthq uake, kinds of non-profitable organizations actively have participated in the activities of resising the earthquake and have played an important role in it. During it, some inherent weaknesses of nonprofitiable organizations also exposed, including the imperfect fi nancial supervision, the poor cooperative over finance, the unsound regulations, and the unscientific management. This paper suggested the government strengthen the supervision over finance, establish the regulations, and rationalize internal relationship between gov ernment and non-profitable organizations. What＇s more, it still sug gested the non-profitable organization improve itself by the way of strengthening administration to finally realize the aims of each non-profitable organizations.
