摘要
从对我国对外贸易影响的角度来解读2008年1月1日生效的新《劳动合同法》有着独特的现实意义。《劳动合同法》作为对我国自《劳动法》颁布以来所存在问题的一个总结,虽然触犯了众多企业的短期利益,但从长远的眼光看,新《劳动合同法》对我国外贸相关的经济结构、企业的竞争力等都有着重大的积极影响。
It is significant to Study on the impact on the foreign trade by newly published law on Employment Contracts. As a summarize to the problems of Labor law, the law on Employment Contracts offended short-dated interest of many enterprises, but on long-term fore- sight, the new code will positively affect the economy configuration as well as the competition of the enterprises correlative.
