社会保障对于下岗失业群体具有极为重要的意义,但现行的社会保障制度在设置和实践过程中还存在着一些亟待解决的问题。本文主要解析了下岗失业群体的生存困境,并对今后社会保障制度的改革方向进行了探讨。

social security is of great significance f or laid-off workers, however, there are still some issues need to be resolved in the process of setting and practicing of current social security system. This paper mainly explained and analyzed existent hardships of the laid-off workers, and discussed the future reform orientation of the social security system.
