大力推广社区物业管理 为宝安城市化跃进添翼

宝安区完成城市化转制后,由于基层基础建设和城市管理模式的滞后,基层社区的管理和服务机制始终不适应城市化发展要求。为此,宝安区委区政府以开展现代物业管理推广工作为突破口,按照"政府引导、市场主导、企业运作、社会参与"的原则,通过社区自办或引进专业物业管理公司等形式,大力推进物业管理进小区工作。随着工作的深入推进,提高了居民的文明素养和城市理念,带来了基层治理结构、管理模式的变化,丰富了基层的公共服务渠道和内涵,促进了宝安区的深度城市化发展。本文尝试着探讨宝安区在开展物业管理进小区工作中的一些特色做法,为推进城市化工作和加强基层社区管理提供参考。

After the Baoan＇s completion of transform ing into urbanization system, the management and service system of grass root neighborhood don＇t meet the need put forward by the the basic unit community＇s management and the service mechanism do not adapt the urbanized development as a result of the basic unit in frastructure and the urban management pattern＇s lag.Therefore, according to the principle ＂guided by government, leaded by the market , operated by enterprlse , participated by society the government＂, the Baoan district party committee and area government take the modern estate management promotion work as a breach to advance the estate management plot work vigorously through managing oneself or introducing specialized estate management company and so on.The advancement of the work has successfully enhanced resident＇s civilized accomplishment and the urban idea, and brought great change f the basic unit management structure and the management pattern meanwhile it also enriched the collective services channel and the connotation, finally promoting Baoan District＇s depth urbanization development. This article attempts to discuss Baoan District＇s some characteristic procedures in developing estate management plot work as reference to the advancement and rein-forcement of urbanization works and the management of the basic unit community.
