Comparison on Collective Housing in China,Korea and Japan

本文对于中、日、韩三国集合住宅的特点进行了比较，重点为在户型空间的构成特点，并对于日韩两国集合住宅的主要空间特点进行了较为详细的分析，在此基础上提出我国集合住宅在户型设计中可以向其借鉴和学习的方面。

In this article, the sameness and difference in the unit design among Korea, Japan and China are discussed. The characters of indoor space of Korea＇ s and Japan＇ s apartments are particularly analyzed. The article concludes with a restatement of the aspects based on the early discussion that might help us to improve the performance of apartments in our country.
