本文试图依据社会心理学理论，结合《金色笔记》中安娜、摩莉和玛丽安的心理冲突与自我探索，从社会化角度，阐述英国当代女作家多丽丝·莱辛笔下的三位女性，在性别角色社会化过程中，她们如何通过调整自我，重新定义作为一位职业女性的存在价值，走出女性角色定位与社会规范冲突的困境，达成与社会统一的心理觉醒历程。

According to the theory of social psychology and in combination with the psychological conflict and self-exploration of Anna,Molly, Marion in The Golden Notebook,Sis paper tries to expound how the three women,created by the British contemporary writer Doris Lessing,adjust themselves to redefine the value of professional women in the process of sex socialization, so as to walk out of the dilemma in which the female role positioning and the social norms conflict, and finally realize the psychological disillusion in conformity with the society.
