超声微波协同萃取(UMAE)番茄中番茄红素的研究 被引量:7

摘要 研究了超声微波协同萃取番茄中的番茄红素。以乙酸乙酯为萃取溶剂并以不同的提取时间、微波功率和液固比作为参数进行实验,并进行了工艺优化。在提取时间367 s、微波功率98 W和液固比10.6∶1的条件下实际提取率可达到97.4%。实验结果表明:UMAE法是一种能够快速有效的提取番茄红素的方法。 Ultrasonic/microwave assisted extraction (UMAE) of lycopene from tomatoes was studied. The optimization experiment with ethyl acetate as solvent was carried out by three variables as following:extraction time, microwave power and solvent to solid ratio. The optimal conditions for UMAE were microwave power,98 W; the ratio of solvents to tomato paste, 10.6:1 (V/W) ; extracting time, 367 s. Under these conditions, the yield of lycopene was 97.4% , implying that UMAE was an attractive lycopene extracting method with fast speed and high efficiency.
