天铁高炉增产降耗实践

摘要 天铁结合企业生产实际对高炉采取高风压、高风温、富氧喷煤、提高烧结矿质量、改善炉料结构等措施提高高炉操作水平,通过采用精料方针及采用先进工艺技术,使高炉主要技术经济指标逐年上升。2008年上半年高炉利用系数达到了3.025t/m3.d,炼铁工序能耗完成430kgce/t,增产降焦效果显著。 The main technical and economic indices of blast furnace is increased year after year by lifting blast furnace op-eration level with high air pressure,high blast temperature,oxygen enrichment & pulverized coal injection,better sintered ore quality and improved burden structure in combination with the production practice,by pursuing a mineral concentrate principle and by applying advanced processes and techniques.At the first half of 2008,the blast furnace utilization factor is up to 3.025 t/m3.d;the energy consumption at iron-making pro-cess achieves 430 kgce/t.The effect of increasing production and decreasing coke consumption is prominent.
