天铁2号高炉炉缸炉壳开裂原因分析 被引量:4

摘要 天铁2号高炉炉缸低渣口区域的炉壳出现了开裂现象。经分析,其直接原因是炉壳所使用的Q235A钢板存在质量缺陷,应力不均,使应力集中点累计塑性变形超过材料强度所能承受的极限值而开裂。其次因冷却设备漏水、碱金属渗透、硅氧化等引起耐火砖衬膨胀也是炉壳开裂的原因之一。 The hearth shell at low slag hole area cracks at Tiantie BF 2.After analysis,the author concludes that the di-rect cause is the quality defect of Q235A steel plate adopted at the furnace shell,which results in uneven stress.The accumu-lated plastic deformation applied by the stress -concentrated area exceeds the limit the material can stand,resulting in cracking.Next,the leakage of cooling equipment,alkali metal penetration and refractory expansion occurring by silicon oxida-tion are also contributed to shell cracking.
