摘要
汽车大梁钢为裂纹敏感钢,通过对汽车大梁钢连铸生产工艺的研究和对该钢种化学成分设计中碳、铌含量的分析,提出了弱冷方式。均匀地二次冷却使铸坯矫直温度控制在950℃以上,可有效防止裂纹的产生;选用合适的保护渣、中包钢水过热度和拉速,可保证铸坯良好的表面质量,减少内裂和中心偏析。
Automobile structure steel is a kind of crack sensi-tive steel.Through the research on the casting process of auto-mobile structure steel and the analysis on carbon and niobium content in chemical composition design,the author proposes that the slab straightening temperature should be controlled above 950℃ by soft cooling and uniform secondary cooling in order to effectively prevent the crack from generating,and that proper mould powder,tundish superheat and casting speed should be chosen to ensure good surface quality and eliminate inner crack and central segregation.
