结合ABB喷涂机器人的特点,描述了新车投产的程序制作、动作干涉确认以及涂膜外观质量调试等过程,对漆膜厚度、外观质量、色差等性能参数的优化做了详细探讨。
Combining the characteristics of the ABB spraying robot, the programming, assurance of operation,quality control and et al during new car operation are described. The parameters, in terms of coating film thickness,appearance quality, color difference and et al, are optimized and discussed.
