The Lihuayi Group has selected the low-pressureoxosynthesis technology (LP Oxo) licensed by Dow/Davyto construct a 250 kt/a unit in Dongying,Shandong province.This unit which aims to manufacture 140 kt/a 2-ethylhexylalcohol,85 kt/a n-octanol and 24.4 kt/a isobutanol will comeon stream in 2010.
