摘要
以较为典型的直纹面叶型整体叶轮为例,介绍了整体叶轮的几何构造、加工工艺方案和五坐标数控加工刀具轨迹的生成算法。在此基础上开发的叶轮数控编程模块与曲面造型系统相集成,实现了叶轮零件的几何设计与数控加工的一体化。
The paper introduces the geometric structure and machining method of the impeller and the algorithm for generating the 5_axis NC machining tool_path, with taking the integrated impeller of ruled blade profile as an example. Based on the algorithm, the NC programming module is developed which is integrated with the surface modelling system, and the computer integrated system for geometric design and NC machining of the impeller is implemented.
