门冬氨酸钾镁治疗类风湿关节炎合并室上性心律失常的疗效观察

Curative Efficacy of Potassium Magnesium Aspartate for Rheumatoid Arthritis Complicating Supraventricular Arrhythmia

目的:本文探讨注射用门冬氨酸钾镁(欣美佳)与国产注射用门冬氨酸钾镁在治疗类风湿关节炎合并室上性心律失常方面的比较。方法:将102例类风湿关节炎合并室上性心律失常患者随机分为2组,治疗组57例,对照组45例,2组均常规给予美托洛尔,门冬氨酸钾镁组采用5%葡萄糖注射液250 mL加门冬氨酸钾镁2支,静脉滴注,每日1次,共14 d。对照组采用5%葡萄糖注射液250 mL加国产注射用门冬氨酸钾镁2支,静脉滴注,每日1次,共14 d。结果:治疗组与对照组治疗室上性心律失常疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:门冬氨酸钾镁在治疗类风湿关节炎合并室上性心律失常的疗效优于国产门冬氨酸钾镁。

OBJECTIVE： To evaluate the efficacy of Potassium Magnesium Aspartate for Injection versus domestic Potassium Magnesium Aspartate for rheumatoid arthritis complicating supraventricular arrhythmia. METHODS：A total of 102 patients with rheumatoid arthritis complicating supraventricular arrhythmia were enrolled：57 cases （treatment group） were randomly assigned to receive Metoprolol in combination with Potassium Magnesium Aspartate （2 ampules） mixed in 5% Glucose 250 mL qd for 14 days by iv gtt, and 45 to receive Metoprolol in combination with domestic Potassium Magnesium Aspartate （2 ampules） mixed in 5 % Glucose 250 mL qd for 14 days by iv gtt. RESULTS：There were significant differences between the treatment group and the control group in the curative efficacy for supraventricular arrhythmia （P 〈 0.05）. CONCLUSION： Potassium Magnesium Aspartate for Injection is superior to domestic Potassium Magnesium Aspartate in efficacy for rheumatoid arthritis complicating supraventricular arrhvthmia.
