中药咳喘贴对COPD生活质量的影响及“治未病”作用机制探讨

Effect of Kechuan Plaster on the Quality of Life of Patients with COPD and the Mechanism of Its Action in "Preventive Treatment of Disease"

目的:临床观察咳喘贴对COPD患者生活质量的影响,印证咳喘贴在慢性阻塞性肺病(咳嗽)缓解期"防未病"的作用。方法:观察COPD缓解期患者50例,采用咳喘贴于夏季进行贴敷治疗,并与常规治疗组进行对照,观察生活质量评分及采集患者1年内加重次数进行比较。结果:治疗组相比对照组在生活质量各项评分及年加重次数上均有所好转,两组比较有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论:中药咳喘贴可明显提高慢性阻塞性肺病患者的生活质量,并且减少冬季发作次数。

OBJECTIVE：To observe the effect of Kechuan Plaster （cough and asthma plaster） on the life quality of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD） and to confirm its action in the preventive treatment of COPD. METHODS：50 COPD patients at catabasis in summer were applied with Kechuan Plaster, and another 50 （control group） were treated with routine western medicine. The score of life quality and the disease aggravation times within one year were compared between the two groups. RESULTS： The treatment group had a significantly better improvement than in control group in the score of life quality and aggravation times （ P 〈 0.05）. CONCLUSION ： Kechuan Plaster could improve the life quality of patients with COPD and reduce the attack times in winter.
