Retrospective Analysis on the Adverse Drug Reactions Induced by Anti-osteoporotic Drugs

目的:分析抗骨质疏松药物引起不良反应的原因。方法:检索国内外期刊2000～2008年有关抗骨质疏松药物所致不良反应的个案报道及综述。结果:抗骨质疏松药物的不良反应发生率不高,程度较轻,常见于胃肠道不适。结论:可通过合理配伍,联合用药来减少不良反应发生率;如长期用药,其安全性需密切关注。

OBJECTIVE：To analyze the causes of adverse drug reactions （ADRs） induced by anti-osteoporosis drugs. METHODS： Individual case reports and review articles about the anti-osteoporosis drug-induced ADR reported in journals both at home and abroad during the period 2000 - 2008 were retrieved. RESULTS：The incidence of anti-osteoporosis druginduced ADRs was low and the degree was light, which manifested chiefly as discomfort of gastrointestinal tract. CONCLUSION：The reduction of the incidence of anti-osteoporosis drug-induced ADRs relies on rational combination and combined drug use. Great attention should be attached to the safety of anti-osteoporosis drugs if used for a long term.
