The association of genetic polymorphism of adiponectin and tumor necrosis factor-αwith children obesity

摘要 脂联素(ADPN)是一种主要由脂肪细胞分泌的特异性细胞因子,参与机体的糖和脂肪代谢,随着脂肪组织的增多ADPN水平下降。人群中脂联素基因序列中存在相当数量的等位基因单核苷酸多态性(SNPS),脂联素基因的SNPs与儿童肥胖关系密切。肥胖儿童中肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平升高,限制肥胖的发展。脂联素和肿瘤坏死因子-α在机体内可相互影响表达,共同参与儿童肥胖的形成。 Adiponectin (ADPN)is a kind of specific cytokines,mainly secreted from fat cells.It is involved in the sugar and fat metabolism of the body.The level of ADPN declines with the increase of adipose tissue.A large number of alleles single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs)appear in adiponectin gene sequences of people.Childhood obesity SNPs has close connection with adiponectin gene. The increase of the tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)inhibits fat in obese children.Adiponectin and tumor necrosis factor-αin the body can influence each other and participate in the formation of childhood obesity.
