摘要
水利信息化工作经过10年的发展,其综合体系逐步完善,支撑和保障作用日趋显著。按照水利部党组治水新思路以及对水利信息化的要求,提出了新时期水利信息化工作的总体思路和主要目标。当前要抓住水利信息化八项重点工程,拓宽资金渠道,加快工程建设;完善技术体系,规范工程建设;重视运行维护,保障可持续发展。
Information technology has been applied in the water sector for nearly a decade. It has obvious functions of supportive and safeguarding. Strategy and main task of water-related information technology development in the new age is proposed. Now the focus is placed on the construction of eight key informantionization projects, widen channel of financial resources, accelerate project construction, improve technology system, regulate project construction, pay attention to operation and maintain and secure sustainable development.
