摘要
测量误差与测量不确定度,是计量学中的两个重要基本概念。随着现代科技,工业和商贸的发展,而用测量不确定度来表示测量结果的可靠程度越来越被认可和接受。讨论误差测量与测量不确定度,阐明以不确定度表示测量结果的必然性。
Error of measurement and uncertainty of measurement are two impor- tant basic concepts in metrology. With the development of moden science, industry and trade, the traditional method using error to express the quality of measuring result is out o. time, and the method using uncertainty of measurement is admitting and accepting widely. This article discusses about error of measurement and uncertainty of measurement. The inevitability of using uncertainty of measurement to express the quality of measuring result is expounded.
