摘要
介绍一座大型氢氧火箭发动机多功能高空模拟试车台所采用的几项新设备和新技术:分级预冷高压低温液氢容器;全包式液氮预冷夹套式低温液氢容器;高压低温截止阀;高压低温脉冲式安全阀;高压低温补偿器;低温贮箱的自控增压稳压技术;高压低温管路的密封技术等。这些技术填补了多项国内空白。
Several new cryogenic equipments and technologies applied to a huge multi function LOX/LH 2 rocket engine test stand are introduced, including high pressure and low tempereture precooling liquid hydrogen container, cryogenic liquid hydrogen container of completely packaged liquid nitrogen precooling sandwich structure, high pressure cryogenic shutoff valve, pulse high pressure cryogenic safety valve, high pressure cryogenic compensator, automtic pressure control technology for cryogenic insulation container, seal technology of high pressure cryogenic line. These technologies fill in a few gaps in the cryogenic field.
