摘要
目的:建立比较简单可靠的高效液相色谱(HPLC)方法以测定吴茱萸药材中吴茱萸碱和吴茱萸次碱的含量。方法:采用乙酸乙酯超声提取方法制备样品。以乙腈-水-乙酸(51:48:0.1)为流动相,在波长225 nm处检测。结果:吴茱萸碱和吴茱萸次碱得到最优化的分离效果,其平均回收率分别为98.5%和96.0%,实际样品的检测结果令人满意。结论:本法简单、快速、准确、可靠,适用于吴茱萸药材的质量控制,
Objective: A simple and speedy high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method with UV detection was established to determine the cvodiamine and rutaecarpine in Fructus Evodiae. Method: The samples were injected into the sampling valve and dealt with ultrasonic without tedious preconditioning. Chromatographic conditions included mobile phase acenitrile-H2O-acetate acid (51 : 48 : 0.1), detecting wavelength at 225 nm. Results: Evodiamine and rutaecarpine was separated successfully. The mean recoveries of evodiamine and rutaecarpine were 95.8% and 96.0%, respectively. The results from real samples were satisfactory. Conclusion: This method is relatively simple, speedy and accurate, and is suitable for the routine analysis and quality control of Fructus Evodiae.
