摘要
采用基于电磁感应原理的钢筋位置检测仪器,对构件内钢筋偏离正确位置情况下以及仪器探头置于不同检测位置时的结构实体钢筋保护层厚度进行了初步模拟检测试验。指出同排钢筋上下错位、直径相同且间距在30mm以内时,测得钢筋保护层厚度较真实值大幅度减小;另外,仪器探头置于钢筋间不同位置时对检测结果有不同影响,其中,对于梁构件,主筋箍筋交叉处位于探头长向正中位置时对检测结果无影响,而对于板构件,无论交叉处位于任何位置,所测主筋保护层厚度均不受影响。
By using reinforcement position detecting instrument based on electromagnetic induction principle, the steel bars' protection layer thicknesses of structure are tested preliminarily when they deviate from correct position and the instrument probe is placed at different measuring points. It is pointed out that when the steel bars with the same diameter in the same row dislocate in the range of 30mm, the measured protection layer thicknesses are largely smaller compared with true values. Moreover, when the instnnnent probe is placed at different points, the detection v',dues have different results. To beam, when the intersection of main reinforcement and stirrup is just located at probe long direction, the detection results have no change, however, to plate, no matter where the intersection is located, the detection results have no change all the time.
