摘要
K57+302刚构桥位于二连浩特至河口高速公路,为左右两幅分离式桥梁。桥梁上部结构为高墩、大跨度变截面三向预应力混凝土连续箱梁结构,其跨度为77m+140m+77m。施工难度大,技术要求高,采用三角桁架挂篮施工。从拼装、分离和预压等方面介绍了挂篮在桥梁施工中行走和就位过程。同时介绍了悬浇箱梁普通梁段、边跨合拢段和中跨合拢段的施工工艺。
The K57 + 302 rigid frame bridge, located on the highway from Erenhot to Hekou, is a separate bridge with left and fight parts. The upper structure of the bridge is high-pier and large-span variable cross-section three-direction prestressed concrete continuous box-girder with 77m + 140m + 77m span. Because the girder construction is difficult and the technology request is high, so triangle truss style cradle is adopted. This paper proposed the procedure of cradle walking and location during the bridge construction from some aspects of assemble, separation and preloading. The construction techniques of normal segment, side span closure secant and mid-span closure segment are also proposed.
