摘要
国美商都A区工程设计了大量的后浇带,贯穿底板、剪力墙和各层楼板。根据该工程面积大、后浇带留设多、梁板跨度大以及基坑深等特点,介绍了后浇带支护施工技术。底板后浇带采用留置集水坑、设置临时防水板和采用快易收口网代替模板的技术措施;顶板后浇带两侧单独支撑,形成独立支撑体系;对于地下室外墙沉降后浇带,则采用安装预制板的方法。另外,部分后浇带需要在其两侧砌筑砖带、挡土墙并用木夹板封闭,对其进行围护,防止泥土等进入后浇带。
Guomei Shangdu A region engineering is designed many late poured bands, which are throughout floor, shear walls and floor slabs. Based on the charactensitics of large areas, many late pawed bands, large spans of beam and floor, and deep foundation pit, the construction technology of late poured bands support is introduced. Floor late poured bands apply the technical measures of indwelling catehpit, setting temporary waterproof board and adopting fast-easy sethack grid instead of formwork. Both sides of roof late poured bands apply alone support to form independent support system. And precast slabs are installed for settlement late poured bands of basement exterior walls. Moreover, brick belt and retaining wall should be built in beth sides of some late poured bands which are closed by wood splint to avoid soil.
