摘要
通过建立下部结构-周围土体-隔震层-上部结构整体系统的空间模型,对北京市三里河三区12号地办公楼工程中的隔震结构进行有限元非线性分析。通过模拟系统地震振动响应,对比分析隔震与非隔震结构层间剪力和剪力比,以及验算隔震层隔震垫的水平位移,指出在多遇地震作用下,隔震结构与非隔震结构的层间剪力比范围为0.103~0.275,依据现行抗震设计规范,隔震层以上结构可以按7度设防烈度且仍具有0.5度安全储备,降低了工程造价,从而验证隔震技术的有效性。
Finite element nonlinear analysis is used to isolated structure at No.12 plot in Sanlihe Third Area of Beijing. The spatial model includes substructure, sumounding soil, isolated layer and superstructure. By simulating the seismic response, analyzing the shear and shear ratio of isolated and non-isolated structure, and checking the horizontal displacement of vibration isolation cushion, it is pointed out that under the situation of frequent earthquake, the shear ratio range of isolated and non-isolated structure is 0. 103 - 0.275. As a result, the superstructure can apply the fortification intensity of 7 according to the standard, which testifies the efficiency of isolated technology.
