提出了一种最小施工单元的成本管理方法,它以方块图的形式把项目总成本逐级分解至最小施工单元,通过对最小施工单元成本的管理来控制项目的总成本。为保证项目总成本计划的执行,对单元成本计划的管理要按照分级管理的原则。只要控制好最小施工单元的成本,项目总成本的目标就可以实现。

A new kind of cost management method for basic construction unit cost is presented. This method separted the total cost into basic construction trait with the form of the block graph, and the total cost was controlled by managing basic construction unit cost. To assure the total cost controllable, the basic construction unit cost is managed according to classification management principle. If the basic construction cost is controlled very good, the goal of the total project cost will be achieved.
