摘要 以六亚甲基二异氰酸酯(HDI)、聚醚二元醇(Diol-1000)、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)、乙二胺(EDA)和环氧树脂(E-20)等为主要原料制备了聚氨酯-环氧树脂复合乳液。研究了聚醚二元醇含量、羧基含量对复合乳液的稳定性及涂膜柔韧性和耐水性等的影响,用电化学阻抗技术研究了涂层的耐腐蚀性能。 This paper studies polyurethane-epoxy composite latex prepared from hexamethylene diisocyanate(HDI), polyether glycol(Diol-1000), dimethylol propionic acid(DMPA), ethylenediamine(EDA) and epoxy(E-20), and discusses the influence of Diol-1000 content and hydroxyl content on the stability of composite latex and the flexibility and the water-resistance of film; also investigated the corrosion resistance of coating by electrochemical impedance method.
