摘要
随着社会经济的发展和人民生活水平的提高,旅游已成为重要的生活方式之一。在旅游开发的过程中,越来越多的专家学者从原有的对旅游资源的开发转变到旅游客源市场的开拓,其中旅游偏好研究是旅游市场研究中的一个重要方面。了解居民偏好不仅有利于预测居民的旅游行为,而且有助于规划和营销居民喜爱的旅游产品。文章以长沙市居民为研究对象,基于对长沙城市居民的城郊游憩偏好的问卷调查,对长沙市居民城郊游憩偏好与居民人口学特征因子进行了相关性分析,提出了与调查所反映出的居民的偏好相应的城郊游憩产品开发策略。
Along with the socio-eeonomie development and the improvement of living standards in China, tourism has become an important way of life. In the process of developing tourism, the focus of a growing number of experts and scholars has shifted from the tourismresource development to tourist marketing. The study of travel preference is an important aspect of tourism market research, which not only contributes to predicting the residents travel preference, but also helps to plan and market the tourist products favored by the residents. As a case study of Changsha residents, the paper provides the correlation analysis of the urban residents' travel preference and their social-economic factors, and puts forward some strategies to develop suburban recreational products of Changsba, in accordance with the travel preference investigation of Changsha residents last year.
