摘要
通过对武汉市城市零售业设施空间布局与消费、人口、道路交通和城市空间结构之间关系的分析结果表明:城市人群消费结构和消费水平的变化,人口密度和道路交通设施在城市中分布的不均衡性在一定程度上影响了城市大型零售商业设施的空间分布,而城市空间结构的演变在很大程度上决定了商业空间的演变。该研究对于理解武汉市商业零售设施布局的内在动力机制具有一定的意义,并能为今后的城市商业零售业合理布局提供一定的借鉴。
The relationships between Retailing Constructions (RC) distribution and four factors (resident's consumption, population distribution, traffic and city's spatial structure) were analyzed, and the results showed that the elevation of resident's consumption affect the RC distribution, so does the uneven distribution of population density and roadways in the city, furthermore, urban spatial structure succession decided the RC's distribution. This research could help us explain that RC distribution dynamic mechanism in Wuhan, and could be a suggestion for reasonable RC distribution in urban planning.
