摘要
简要叙述了激光技术的特点及其在金刚石合成方面的应用。在溶胶凝胶法制备碳膜的基础上,采用强激光冲击处理合成了金刚石微晶;以激光喇曼光谱为主要测试手段,分析了合成产物的成分和粒度,研究了激光工艺参数对石墨成分转变的影响作用。并对试样进行了扫描电镜分析,指出了在激光冲击产生的非平衡态热力学条件下,存在着石墨向金刚石转变的趋势;讨论了其转变机理。
The advantages of laser technique and its application on diamond synthesis are presented. Nanometersized diamond is synthesized via laser shockprocessing based on the graphite films produced by solgel method. The product is detected and analyzed using Raman spectrum as the main method. The influences of laser parameters on transformation of graphite are investigated. The tendency of diamond transformation from graphite is existed on the condition of nonequilibrium produced by laser shockprocessing. The mechanism of transformation is also discussed.
