摘要 嵌入式系统是继IT网络技术之后又一个新的技术发展方向。针对钢厂耗能检测现状以及节能减耗的需要,提出了一种基于嵌入式的新型钢厂能耗实时监测系统,并给出了基本硬件和软件的描述。系统采用RS-485总线将底层仪表采集的多点实时数据远程传输到ARM处理终端进行处理和显示,同时被上位机调用。ARM终端移植了μC/OS-Ⅱ实时操作系统,成功开发了串口和LCD驱动和显示应用程序。该系统成本低、可靠性高、功耗低、人机界面友好,可广泛应用于各大型钢厂中。 Embedded system is a new technical developing orientation after IT network technology comes out. In accordance with the current status of energy consumption and energy saving demand in steelworks, a new real-time monitoring system based on embedded system for energy consumption is proposed; and the description of basic hardware and software is given. Through RS-485 bus, the multiple points of real-time data collected in bottom level instruments are transferred remotely to ARM processing terminal for processing and display; the data can be also called by host computer. In ARM terminal, μC/OS-Ⅱ real-time operating system is transplanted; and the application programs of serial port, LCD drive and display are developed successfully. The system features low cost, high reliability, low power consumption, and user-friendly interface, it can be widely used in large scaled steelworks.
