摘要
HIV-1Vif(viral infectivity factor)蛋白是由保守的vif基因编码的碱性蛋白质,是HIV-1病毒的辅助调节蛋白之一。研究表明Vif蛋白具有调节病毒侵入、组装、出芽和成熟等功能。此外,Vif蛋白能够特异性地与体内抗病毒因子APOBEC3G相互作用,增强病毒的感染性。因此,针对HIV-1Vif蛋白进行抑制剂设计已经成为抗HIV药物研究的热点之一。本文对HIV-1Vif蛋白的结构与功能研究的最新进展进行了综述。
The HIV-1 viral infectivity factor (HIV-I Vif), a small accessory protein essential for viral replication and pathogenesis, which is encoded by the conserved Vif gene as a potential target, has attracted scientists' attention. Structural and biological studies on Vif protein indicated that Vif can regulate the entry, assembly, budding and maturation of the virus. In particular, Vif can enhance the infectivity of HIV by interaction with APOBEC3G (an anti-viral factor). Therefore, targeting at HIV-1 Vif to design inhibitors has become one of research "hot spot" as anti-HIV agents. In this review, the structure and function of Vif are reviewed.
