摘要
葡萄球菌蛋白A(staphylococcus protein A,SPA)是金黄色葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus aureus)细胞壁上的一种黏连蛋白。经过几十年的研究,由于其对免疫球蛋白IgG的亲和特性,SPA已作为一种工具在抗体的检测、纯化以及疾病诊断中得到了广泛应用。SPA衍生物的构建适应了现代生产的需要,改造后的SPA可以与多种报告分子相偶联,使得免疫诊断更加快速准确。本文综述了SPA基于其免疫学特性,在抗体纯化和现代免疫分析应用中的发展状况及前景。
Staphylococcus protein A (SPA) is a cell wall-associated protein domain exposed on the surface of the Staphylococcus aureus and has been extensively studied during the past decades. Due to its affinity to immunoglobulins, SPA has been widely used as a tool in the detection and purification of antibodies and diagnosis of disease. SPA derivatives have been constructed for the demand of modern production. The SPA has been improved to connect a variety of reporting groups for the faster and more precise disease diagnosis. This review will focus on the development and prospect of SPA molecule in antibody purification and immunologic analysis.
